1. The first step is to sign our agreement. Our agreement protects your business's information - like logos, brochures, audio, videos, etc. and states that it will be treated as confidential and proprietary in nature. We also sign it, stating that we agree to fill the order within the agreed timeframe.
2. Next, Pitch files your business as an official client! We keep records of everything we do, to make sure your business is treated with the care it deserves.
3. Then, our social media and graphic design team run reports on your business's existing social media pages, and/or plans the creation of a new page (upon request). This helps us compare how we improved your social media within the service period.
4. After the diagnostic process, we throughly research your business's industry - even if we have worked in it before. This insures that our team it well up-to-date with your niche, and can serve you accordingly.
5. And of course, get to work! Throughout our agreement period, we like to communicate with you, and keep you updated on everything that's going on. While doing so, we can keep our team updated on ideas you have for us to implement into your business's social media.
6. Finally, pitch files our second report - and sends it to you! We do this so both our clients, and ourselves can keep track of the results.
